Cancellation, latecomer & no show policy
I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and I hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% service cost.
Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, will need rescheduling and will incur a late cancellation fee. No shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% service cost.
A 50% booking fee will apply to future bookings if any of the above occur.

Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds.

All services must be paid for in full within 24 hours of service.
Health & safety policy
The safety of myself and my clients is my utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, I recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.
